The Studio is a cute intimate two story cottage. We have three studio rooms, a main suite, a beautiful wooden staircase and two bathrooms available for use! The amount of space you get in your rental depends on which rooms you choose to include.
Absolutely! We do not hold regular office hours, so if you want to set up a tour, please reach out via e-mail to set up a time to come in and take a tour.
During your scheduled time, you are the only photographer on the property! This gives you and your client the privacy and freedom to be comfortable in the Studio!
Food and Drinks are allowed at the studio, however, in order to protect our furniture and bedding we ask that you refrain from bringing it into the studio rooms.
Your rental period begins at the start of the contracted time. It does not include any extra set up time. IF you think you may need additional time for set up, hair and/or make-up, we can include that in your agreement. Your entrance and exit are monitored through the lock on the door, and you will be billed for any additional use time.
There is not a designated space for hair/makeup, but we have a make-up chair and folding tables available upon requests that can be setup whenever is best. You can also add on an extra room to have space for hair and makeup during marathons and workshops.
We have plenty of free parking for The Studio.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and require a $100 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned upon inspection of the studio after the rental is completed. Please reach out to us if you plan on bringing a pet to The Studio.
We will periodically run specials offering discounts for booking. We always share the promotions on our Facebook page. We also have a membership program which offers members extremely discounted hourly pricing for a monthly fee.
